Hi Team.
Great class today and good work updating the Wiki. I have tried to comment on many of your updates on the Conference Event Wiki pages. If you want to reply, just hit reply so we can see you are referring to an existing comment versus making a new comment.
Every workshop team should meet to finalize your management and software topics and add to the main Conference page table once you agree. Remember to ask Executive team or other teams for feedback. People should be making constructive comments. If you are lost with how to operate the Wiki the CIO and PM's should be pro. You can also watch the world famous "Flipped" Wiki Work with Gill Videos.
With luck people have completed your individual Project Plans which include everything you have to do for the conference based on your Job description. You can Submit on the Project Plan page. If you are having a problem you can review the chapter material and Project Plan Video on the Planning page.
Next week the priority is to complete your individual written material for the conference, which is in bold on the job descriptions. Your Exec Team functional (skill) colleague can explain if you have questions. The Planning and Organization test will now be on Monday, April 14, although I might delay if we can get a Lab and people think it would help finalize and improve the quality of the Conference material.
Remember to go to the Library on Thursday. You may also make a comment on any Blog post if you have questions the class would be interested in. I get a notification, but as per John's suggestion I also approve first before posted. I do not approve Wiki comment, but can easily see if look at the history, which I do most days.
