I believe most of your might have been doing this anyway. However for clarity, we reviewed the individual project plan assignment with the Project Management team today and agreed that the PM's will do an entire detailed plan for their workshop and the other Workshop Managers will do a detailed plan for their deliverables (your job description) for their workshop. This plan will still have the same project start (review project on March 3) and end (present your Workshop material on May 23) dates. The C-Suite Executives should create a plan for their area of responsibility that includes your personal deliverables and the associated Workshop Manager deliverables (i.e. Marketing). Ask PM's for clarification if required. If you have already completed the assignment and did a larger project scope that is fine.
