I have been able to comment on all teams Wiki pages from the OFSAA Badminton Championships, which is an example of a well run event, including a website. Can you all encourage each other to read the blob posts and reply to my or other people that have made suggestions for your Workshop and Executive teams.
Today, the expectation are that all Workshop and Executive teams update their material on the Wiki that they propose to present or communicate (name, website, brochure, logo, advertisements, twitter, videos) during our walk through of the conference on Monday. Please look at each others material and help each other to get this done. I am currently assessing everyone individually based on their contributions and participation on the Wiki. Make sure you reply to any comments and provide constructive feedback or add value to your teams work. Add any work you have done on the Wiki.
The Marketing team should also make a final recommendation on the conference name and working with the technology team, they should launch the conference website with a password for our class. Once we all review and make any final updates, we can launch the conference and start the marketing campaign early next week?
I have asked your executive team to take leadership today and get on the Wiki and add your final comments and material. Ask for help if required. Project Managers have been asked to make sure all teams have their material on the Wiki. If you need help, get your project manager or someone else to do a specific task.
