To those who attended class on Thursday, nice job! You were all in the "performing" stage of team development. Everyone was to update your individual Wiki Conference Pages for the April 17 Conference Material Deliverable (BOLD in your Job Description in the Conference Overview Document). I am in the process of commenting on each Workshop Team Wiki page and each Workshop Manager and Executive Wiki Pages. Your next steps this week are as follows:
- Review my previous Blog post about "Utility Marketing" and update your Conference and Workshop Material to ensure your material adds value, or utility, to our customers or to the overall conference organization and success. Be creative. I have only provide a template to create and organize this conference.
- Read and Reply to my comments on your individual and Team Wiki Pages.
- Read and comment (provide a creative suggestion) on your Divisional Team (Workshop) Members pages.
- Read and comment (provide a creative suggestion) on your Functional Team (Job Skill) Members pages.
- Read and comment (provide a creative suggestion) on the four executive Team Pages.
- Reply to any comments and update your page with the final conference Deliverable Material by April 25.
- Take a look at the Conference Name Wiki page that CMO created and add a name or make a comment if you like one name.
- Look at other Conference Websites and read how they organize and market their conference. Read their conference speaker or workshop descriptions. If you find anything interesting, add the website to the Wiki and share what you found.
- Check #pcssboh4M for material on the class.
